Welcome To The Ticket!

Wallpaper For Obama formally welcomes Mr. Joe Biden to the Democratic ticket. Congratulations, and have a great campaign!

In classic form, I decided to create a new wallpaper image to honor the event.

I'm pretty happy with this one, especially after a few of the duds that I've made of late, I really think this one came together nicely as an independent wallpaper piece. I used pictures of each politician, turned them into brushes, and using some tricks here and there I got the stencil style with Biden and Obama coming out as the same color.

I think this is one of those personal breakthrough pieces where I can tell I've made a step forward in my photoshop skills. Making something that comes out like this is really satisfying for sure.


Now, one thing about this work. I pulled off a lot of new tricks, and did some new innovation, and it's a little more complicated than some of the other pieces I've made in the past.

If people would like I'd be willing to devote time to making an extended post with lots of pics and instructions on how I made this. But I need your input, it's a time commitment so I kinda want to be sure it will be useful.

SO. If you guys would like a full tutorial, post a comment with your opinion, things you'd like covered, etc. If there's interest I'll do it.
